Clearance Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 120g Ingredients Brands|Tinned Fish & Seafood

José Gourmet sardines are preserved in Portuguese extra virgin olive oil. Sourced from the Atlantic and Mediterranean, they have a rich, briny flavour. Serve them on toast with black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

Sardines are rich in vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. Canned for convenience, they’re a great way to increase your oily fish intake. Add them to salads and grain bowls for a fast, healthy lunch.

Sardines are delicious with pasta and a light tomato sauce. Top with gremolata for added zing.

José Gourmet recommends using their sardines in a herby gratin. Cover them with breadcrumbs and herbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad and a glass of white wine.
