Clearance Sambal Curry Mix, 170g Ingredients Brands|Southeast Asian Ingredients

Nonya Secrets sambal curry mix is a store cupboard superhero. Just add diced chicken and coconut milk to create a fragrant Malaysian curry. There’s no need to chop or pound ingredients, so dinner is ready in under 45 minutes!

The curry paste has a rich, savoury flavour with citrus running through it. It releases the heady aroma of lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime as it cooks. Shrimp paste delivers notes of funky umami, while spices and red chilli add heat.

Sambal curry can be made with chicken legs, thighs or breast. You could also use white fish or vegetables like aubergine and cauliflower.

Nonya Secrets is an award-winning range of curry pastes, cooking sauces and sambal mixes. Each one is made using family recipes which have been passed down through the generations. They are inspired by the flavours and aromas of southeast Asian cuisine.
