Clearance Greek Thyme Honey, 250g Ingredients Brands|Greek Ingredients

Kalios thyme honey is an intriguing blend of sweet and savoury. You can serve it with cheese, add it to dressings or drizzle it over crêpes.

The honey is produced on the island of Kythera in the Peloponnese. It’s cold extracted and unfiltered for a pure, clean taste. On the palate, mellow sweetness gives way to a herbal finish.

Use thyme honey to enhance cheese-based dishes. It’s a great match for soufflés and baked feta. For a quick snack, drizzle a little honey over goat’s cheese on crusty bread.

The sweet, herbal taste is delicious in hot drinks and desserts. You can mix it with olive oil to marinade meat and fish. Or, simply stir it through Greek yoghurt.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
