Use ZingyZoo’s freeze-dried strawberry powder to add intense colour and flavour to desserts. Made with no additives, fresh strawberries are freeze-dried under a vacuum and then blended to a fine powder. This not only preserves the nutritional content, but the delicious flavour and bright, striking colour.

This strawberry powder is perfect for using in macarons, ice creams, mousses and ganaches. Sprinkle over finished cakes for beautiful decoration. Try in cocktails! A delicate rim around the martini glass adds a burst of fruity flavour in every sip.

ZingyZoo makes all their snacks with 100% real fruit and nothing else. Just the purest, most delicious taste of extraordinary fruit from across the globe. They want to steer the food industry away from highly-processed snacks, to celebrating nature’s finest ingredients.
