Clearance Food Varnish Spray, 400ml Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Deco Relief food varnish spray gives cakes and sugarwork a professional shine. Apply a fine mist to homemade chocolates and iced celebration cakes to protect their surfaces and extend their shelf life. It’s great for giving sugarwork decorations and colourful icing a shiny, flawless finish.

This edible varnish spray is colourless and flavourless so it won’t affect the taste of your cakes and desserts. In humid weather, the spray will prevent sugarwork from discolouring and drying out. It’s ideal for keen bakers and professional pastry chefs.

For best results, spray at a distance of 20-25cm.

Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use.
