Clearance Chic Eclair Silicone Mould Italian Ingredients|Baking Supplies & Equipment

Use Silikomart’s chic éclair silicone mould to create a modern take on the best-loved French patisserie. This mould consists of two parts. One mould for making the choux pastry or sponge base, and a second for making a striking chocolate decoration.

Both moulds feature a thoughtfully designed internal border that gives your éclairs a slightly rounded base.

To use this mould, pipe your batter into the long, curved mould. Fill the bobble-shaped mould with chocolate to create an elegant topping.

This mould measures 13 x 3.8 x 4.4cm and makes 6 éclairs.

This mould is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer.

Why choose silicone?

Silicone bakeware offers many advantages over stainless steel:

• Silicone offers greater stability and thermal resistance in comparison to metal moulds.
• Every mould is flexible – if it’s bent, it’ll regain its shape.
• The flexible design makes the moulds easy to store in even the smallest – and cluttered – of spaces.
• You can use silicone cookware up to temperatures of 230°C.
• Compared to metal and glass, silicone is virtually unbreakable!
• The moulds are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

About Silikomart

Italian-based Silikomart creates high-quality silicone moulds that make elegant patisserie. From éclairs to chocolate truffles and macarons, they combine eye-catching designs with precise production. This is bakeware you can trust to give you perfect results with every use.

Each silicone mould is treated by a thermal process lasting between 6-7 hours. This removes any potentially toxic residue. The post-curing process burns off the remaining chemicals, giving you an odourless, BPA-free mould to use time and time again.

All Silikomart products come in compostable packaging. They come with a certificate of authenticity.
