Clearance Candied Chestnut Broken In Pieces, 2kg Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Pariani’s candied chestnut pieces make a very sweet addition to ice creams and panettone doughs. Italian chestnuts are trimmed, peeled, frozen and then candied. Pariani’s exceptional cold candying process leaves the natural flavours of the fruit unaltered, and also helps to prevent the fruit freezing at low temperatures – so the chestnuts stay lovely and soft even in ice cream.

Enjoy these chestnuts as they are with the syrup, or stir the candied fruits through mascarpone for a simple dessert.

This 2kg selection is ideal for professional kitchens.
