Clearance 5 Piece Knife Block Set Kitchen Knives

The Messermeister Olivia 5-piece knife block set is a stunning collection of multi-purpose kitchen knives. Messermeister’s Oliva knives are made of 1/4116 stainless steel, which has a high carbon content meaning they are incredibly hard wearing and resistant to corrosion. Made in Solingen, Germany – which is world-renowned for quality stainless steel – these knives rank a high 57-58 on the Rockwell scale. The hard steel means the blade will hold its sharp, 15 degree edge for longer. The steel blade is both stain and corrosion-resistant, creating a tough and durable knife that’s easy to sharpen.

This knife block set includes the following knives:

• Messermeister Oliva Luxe Chef’s Knife 20cm
• Messermeister Oliva Luxe Bread Knife 23cm
• Messermeister Oliva Luxe Santoku Knife 16cm
• Messermeister Oliva Luxe Paring Knife 9cm
• Messermeister Next Level Magnetic Knife Block w/ UV Lights

The Oliva range is named after the beautiful polished Italian olive wood handles the knives are made from, which have a sleek, smooth finish.

How to care for your knives:

• Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
• Do not put the knives in the dishwasher.
• Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts.
• Oil the wood handle as needed with food-safe mineral oil.
