Best Yuzu Salt, 38g Ingredients Brands|Herbs & Spices

Yuzu salt has a subtle citrus flavour and aroma. It’s made by infusing rock salt with roasted yuzu peel. Yuzu is a citrus fruit typically associated with Japanese cuisine. It has a sweet-sour flavour, similar to lemon or grapefruit.

You can use yuzu salt in marinades or as a finishing salt. Its bright citrus flavour is great with seafood and vegetable dishes. Try sprinkling it over sashimi or cod tempura.

The flaky salt is delicious with fried chicken and skewers of beef or pork. You can add a pinch to fruit salads or use it to rim glasses for cocktails. The sharp, salty flavour will complement tequila-based drinks like Palomas and Margaritas.

Store in a cool, dry place.
