Best Sous Chef x Curved Saute Pan with Lid, 11″ Pots & Pans

Sear in style with the Sous Chef x Netherton Foundry curved sauté pan. Made from their signature spun iron, it develops a non-stick patina over time. You can use it to cook a ribeye, simmer rich sauces and make a first-class risotto.

Spun iron is lighter than cast iron but with the same durability. You can use it on all kinds of hobs, including gas and induction. Every pan comes pre-seasoned with flax oil so you can start cooking straight away. The non-stick surface gets better with every use, allowing you to cook with little fat or oil.

The sauté pan has a British oak handle and lid knob. Its depth and wide cooking surface make it a versatile addition to your pan collection. Use it to make omelettes, brown meat for casseroles or shallow fry crispy potatoes.

With a little care, this is a pan that will last a lifetime in your kitchen. It’s great for high heat cookery and the non-stick surface won’t peel or scratch like Teflon can. Pass it down to the next generation, along with recipes and memories of family meals.

Before the first use, wash the pan with hot water. Do not use soap or detergent. Dry immediately with a towel, as leaving it to air-dry increases the chance of rusting. If you need to scrub, use a plastic bristled brush in hot soapy water, but avoid anything harsher. Avoid detergents completely.

About Netherton Foundry

The Netherton Foundry is a family company based in Shropshire – home of the 18th and 19th century ironmasters. Their pans are made from 99.1% pure iron and they use locally sourced materials wherever possible – the oak that makes the pan handles is British, and the flax seasoning oil comes from Sussex.
