Best Minus 8 Vinegar Apple8, 200ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Apple8 vinegar is made from a select blend of Canadian apples. The fruit is slowly fermented and transformed into a fresh, tangy vinegar. You can use it in all sorts of recipes, from salad dressings to whisky cocktails.

Apple8 vinegar is produced in small batches for freshness and flavour. It combines bright acidity with the sweetness of freshly pressed apple juice. You can use it in marinades, glazes or as a finishing vinegar.

Add a splash of apple vinegar to pan sauces for chicken and pork. Or, pair it with honey and mustard to marinate meat before grilling. The tangy flavour also complements roasted vegetables like carrots and celeriac.

This versatile vinegar is ideal for salad dressings. Use it instead of white wine vinegar in a classic vinaigrette. It’s delicious with bitter leaves and crunchy slaw.

Apple vinegar can also be used in cocktails. Minus 8 pairs it with spiced rum, maple syrup and Amaretto to make a refreshing ‘Apple Swizzle’.
