Best Konjac Udon Noodles, 400g Ingredients Brands

Konjac udon noodles are a great addition to Asian soups and stews. Bouncy and slightly chewy, they add texture to all the flavour of the sauce or broth.

Konjac noodles are also known as shirataki noodles. They are made with powdered konjac, a starchy root vegetable grown in parts of Asia.

Konjac noodles have little flavour of their own. They taste best when added to spicy soups, curries and stir-fries. You can also serve them cold with a soy sauce, mirin and ginger dressing.

A thick and bold dressing made from soybean paste or sesame paste would be a perfect match.
