Best Fan Brush for Gold & Silver Leaf Baking Supplies & Equipment

Use the Déco Relief fan brush to apply gold and silver leaf. It’s perfect for adding a touch of glamour to cakes, pastries and macarons. The fine synthetic fibres gently lift the edible leaves without damaging them.

The brush has a long, slender handle and fan-shaped brush. It’s designed to give you excellent control without tearing the delicate gold leaf. Use the brush to gently lift and place the gold or silver leaf on to cakes and desserts.

The fan brush can also be used to apply metallic powders and gold flakes. Dust them over the top of tiered cakes and cupcakes for weddings and birthdays.

Déco Relief products are used by top chefs and patissiers across France. Use them at home to give cakes, macarons and desserts a professional finish. The range includes velvet sprays, edible glitter and food colours in beautiful vibrant shades.
