Best Edible Gold Sheets Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Decorate cakes and pastries with edible gold sheets. Made from 23 carat gold, they add instant sparkle to sweet and savoury creations.

Use whole sheets to wrap cakes and truffles. Or, cut them into smaller shapes to adorn canapés and desserts. The glitzy gold colour is perfect for special occasions. Edible gold turns homemade cakes into party-ready masterpieces.

Edible gold is flavourless so it won’t affect the taste of your dish. It catches the light, giving everyday dishes a luxurious, elegant look.

The gold sheets are extremely fragile. For best results, apply them with theDeco Relief fan brush. Use a little water to help the sheets stick.

Déco Relief products are used by top chefs and patissiers across France. Use them at home to give cakes, macarons and desserts a professional finish. The range includes velvet sprays, edible glitter and food colours in vibrant shades.

Store in a cool, dry place.
