Best Amarena Candied Black Cherry, 1kg Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Pariani candied black amarena cherries are the finest cherry for ice creams and sweet doughs.

Pariani’s exceptional cold candying process leaves the natural flavours of the fruit unaltered, and also helps to prevent the fruit freezing at low temperatures – so the Italian sour cherries stay lovely and soft even in ice cream.

Enjoy these soft candied black cherries as they are, dip in dark chocolate and serve as a post-dinner petit four, or chop the fruits, then stir through almond cake batters before baking.

This 1kg tin is ideal for professional kitchens and gelaterias.
