Sale Sliced Beetroot in Vinegar, 2.3kg Ingredients Brands|Vegetables

Add tangy sliced beetroot to salads, wraps and sandwiches. It’s a great way to add a burst of colour and flavour to your meal.

The tender slices are preserved in vinegar to retain their taste and texture. Deep purple in colour, beetroot has an earthy flavour with subtle sweetness. Vinegar adds fresh zing that brightens up salads and grain bowls.

For a satisfying lunch, mix beetroot with rocket, lentils, feta and walnuts. They’re a tasty addition to burgers and puff pastry tarts. You can also serve sliced beetroot with snacks like Scotch eggs and sausage rolls.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within four weeks.
