Sale Pad Thai Stir Fry Sauce, 190ml Ingredients Brands|Sauces & Condiments

Payst Pad Thai stir fry sauce is a delicious store cupboard shortcut. You can enjoy an authentic Thai meal in half the time, with no need to mix your own sauces. Add it to your wok with flat rice noodles and toss to combine. It’s great with chicken, prawns, vegetables and tofu.

This sauce combines funky fish sauce, palm sugar and tangy tamarind. It has the sweet, sour and salty flavours that Thai cuisine is famous for. Payst caramelises the ingredients to create a tangy, sweet-savoury sauce.

With this sauce in your larder, you can enjoy an authentic Thai meal in minutes. Move the noodles around your wok to make sure they are evenly coated. Add crunchy bean sprouts and garnish with chopped roasted peanuts. Serve with lime wedges and chilli powder, as they do in Thailand.
