Sale Natural Concentrated Yuzu Flavour, 30ml Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

With natural concentrated yuzu flavour you can add intense citrus notes to sorbets and margarita cocktails. Yuzu has floral, lime blossom aromas and works wonderfully in both sweet and savoury recipes.

Déco’relief concentrated flavours are used by top chefs and patissiers across France, in cakes, ganaches, sorbets, ice-creams and sweets.

The flavouring is intense, so use in small amounts to achieve a strong flavour. Be careful to follow the dosage directions on the packaging – and do not ingest the flavourings directly.
