Sale Maseca for Tamales, 1kg Ingredients Brands|Mexican Ingredients

Maseca masa harina is a gluten-free flour made from finely ground maize. In Mexico, it is used to make tamales, a popular street food dish. The corn dough is filled with a spicy meat or vegetable mix, (often slow-cooked beans or pork), wrapped in corn husks and then steamed. Once cooked, the corn husk is discarded or used as a plate.

Tamales are perfect, portable party food. Serve them with guacamole, refried beans and pico de gallo (fresh tomato salsa).

Surprise your friends with authentic Mexican tamales at your next garden party or Cinco de Mayo fiesta.
