Sale Arborio Rice, 1kg Pasta, Rice & Beans|Ingredients Brands

Arborio rice is one of Italy’s most popular rice varieties. Rich in starch, it’s your secret weapon for a rich and creamy risotto. The centre of the rice grain remains firm, even after long cooking times.

The pearly grains release their starch as they cook. This gives risotto its signature creaminess. For best results, add hot stock one ladle at a time. Finish your risotto with a knob of butter and a shower of Parmesan cheese.

Leftover risotto makes great arancini (Italian rice balls). You can also use arborio rice to make rice pudding and paella. Or, add it to a vegetable soup to make it more filling.
