Outlet Tabbouleh Spice Blend, 20g Ingredients Brands|Herbs & Spices

Terre Exotique’s tabbouleh spice blend is an explosion of fresh, vibrant flavours. It’s your store cupboard shortcut to making the famous Lebanese salad.

Traditionally made with chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes and bulgur wheat, tabbouleh is served at mezze feasts, enjoyed as a light starter or presented as a side dish with grilled meat and fish.

This tabbouleh spice blend has fresh, herbaceous notes from mint and parsley and a hint of spice from Aleppo pepper. Paprika gives it a warming smokiness, while lime adds a subtle citrus tang. It’s perfect for making a flavourful tabbouleh salad with a dressing of lemon juice and olive oil.

You can sprinkle it over other Middle Eastern salads, add a pinch to yoghurt dips or use it to marinade vegetables. Try adding a teaspoon of the spice blend to your falafel mix before frying to give them a fresh, minty flavour.

About Terre Exotique

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.

The company works closely with farmers to preserve natural habitats, and to ensure a sustainable income for local communities. Each spice is carefully packed in tins or glass jars – with no plastic. The metal tins preserve the flavours and aroma of your spice, by protecting them from sunlight. So the ingredients stay at their best for longer.
