Perello’s cocktail gherkins are a must, whether you’re tucking into salt beef bagels, making your own tartar sauce, or as an alternative garnish for martini cocktails. These gherkins are pickled alongside silverskin onions, with a punchy seasoning of mustard seeds and peppercorns.

You can enjoy this pickle selection straight from the jar as it is, or serve alongside olives, cured meats and cheese.
