Organic Vanilla Powder, 15g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Use organic vanilla powder to flavour baked goods and desserts. It’s fantastic in sponge cakes and buttery shortbread. It delivers the rich, sweet taste of vanilla without the hassle of pods.

Mill & Mortar’s vanilla powder is made with organic vanilla pods from Uganda. They are allowed to ripen fully so their flavour can develop. The pods are ground to a fine powder that you can add to sauces, batter and more.

Vanilla powder is versatile and easy to use. It’s a great way to add flavour without any additional moisture. Use it as an alternative to vanilla extract or paste. There’s no added sugar so you can sweeten your dish to your liking.

Add a teaspoon of vanilla powder to oatmeal and granola. It’s a delicious addition to pancake and waffle batter. You can also add it to drinks, like smoothies and milkshakes.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
