Online Tonka Bean Extract, 100ml Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Use Déco Relief tonka bean extract to flavour sauces, creams and custards. It adds rich notes of vanilla to baked goods like shortbreads and sponge cakes.

Made from 100% tonka beans, this extract has a powerful flavour and aroma. Its taste is comparable to vanilla, with notes of caramel, almond and spice. The flavour is intense, so use it sparingly.

Déco Relief’s tonka bean extract is obtained through a meticulous maceration process. It concentrates the aromas and creates a natural product of exceptional quality. It’s ideal for use at home and in professional kitchens.

Try our recipe for tonka bean ice cream. The pure extract is a great alternative to whole tonka beans.
