Online Timbro Istriano Frantoio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Mate Timbro Istriano olive oil is made with Frantoio olives grown in Croatia. They are milled a few hours after being picked for maximum freshness and flavour. The oil has a smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel and medium fruity flavour.

Mate Timbro Istriano olive oil is available in two sizes:

• 250ml
• 500ml

This extra virgin olive oil is 100% organic. Expect aromas of almond, banana and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it’s bold and fruity with a lingering spicy finish. You can cook with it or use it as a finishing oil for soups and seafood.

Drizzle Timbro Istriano olive oil over sea bass and spaghetti. The peppery notes work beautifully with vegetables like aubergine and tomato. Try serving it in small bowls as a dip for fresh bread. It’s the best way to experience its complex flavour.
