Online Sardines with Chilli, 120g Tinned Fish & Seafood|Ingredients Brands

Spice up salads and sandwiches with Rockfish sardines with chilli. They’re fantastic on toast or tossed with herby couscous.

The sardines are from Mount’s Bay in Cornwall. They are prepared by hand, steamed and preserved in a spicy sauce. Cayenne pepper adds a kick which complements the oily fish.

Enjoy Rockfish sardines straight from the tin. They’re delicious on their own or seasoned with lemon and black pepper. We like to serve them as part of a tapas feast. Pair them with crusty bread and a glass of white wine.

Rockfish tinned seafood is prepared by hand using traditional methods. With a few tins in your pantry, you can enjoy a healthy meal in minutes.

About Rockfish

Rockfish produces tinned seafood using sustainable, British-landed fish. Sourced directly from the fishermen, their seafood tastes as good as the day it was caught. It’s cooked slowly and preserved in oils and sauces so you can enjoy it year-round.

Rockfish is the brainchild of Mitch Tonks, a British chef and restaurateur. His passion for seafood and sustainability is at the heart of this exciting UK food brand.
