Online Horse Mackerel in Virgin Sauce, 120g Ingredients Brands|Tinned Fish & Seafood

ABC+ horse mackerel is canned in a flavourful virgem sauce. It’s made with olive oil, ripe tomatoes, lemon juice and basil. The fresh flavours will transport you to the sun-kissed Mediterranean.

The fish is caught off the coast of Portugal and carefully deboned. You can eat the tender fillets straight from the tin or warm them gently on the hob. They’re delicious on toast or added to salads.

Try tossing mackerel with spaghetti or spooning the fillets over rice. Serve with plenty of crusty bread to mop up that delicious virgem sauce! This oily fish is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids – ideal for healthy lunches.

Produced in Portugal, ABC+ tinned fish is a store cupboard staple. Keep a few cans in your larder for days when you need a fast, satisfying meal.
