Online Giusti Infused Balsamic Vinegar Collection – Truffle, Fig & Raspberry Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Giusti infused balsamic vinegar collection includes three flavoured vinegars: truffle, fig and raspberry. The vinegar in each bottle is Giusti’s balsamic vinegar 3 gold medals, which has aromas and flavours of plum jam, red fruits and hints of honey. The sweet vinegar is aged in barrels, with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from a series of centuries old casks.

Use the infused balsamic vinegars in the following ways:

• Drizzle earthy black truffle balsamic vinegar over risottos, fresh egg pasta, omelettes or beef tartare
• Pair sweet fig balsamic vinegar with salty cheese, Iberico hams and rich stews
• Perfumed raspberry balsamic vinegar lends itself well to sweets including ice cream and panna cottas, or as a condiment for lamb cutlets

The trio of glass bottles is presented in a smart red gift box.

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start. With a focus on respect for tradition and a sustainable approach to production, the Giusti family has created some of the best-loved balsamics, not only in Italy, but across the world.

Based in the Modena countryside, Giusti still to this day age their balsamic vinegars in original casks, adding historic flavour characteristics to every bottle.
