Online Giusti Balsamic Crema Porcini Mushrooms Glaze, 150ml Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Giusti balsamic crema is infused with porcini mushrooms. It’s reduced until it’s thick and syrupy – perfect for glazing and drizzling.

This balsamic glaze is mellow and rich in umami. The earthy flavour of porcini mushrooms is a great match for the sweet-sour vinegar. It’s fantastic with all kinds of mushroom dishes, as well as steaks and roasted vegetables.

Drizzle the porcini-infused glaze overrisotto and ravioli. Or, use it to glaze oyster mushrooms before grilling. You can also add a few drops to sauces and salad dressings.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Keep the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature.

About Giusti

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start. With a focus on respect for tradition and a sustainable approach to production, the Giusti family has created some of the best-loved balsamics, not only in Italy, but across the world.

Based in the Modena countryside, Giusti still to this day age their balsamic vinegars in original casks, adding historic flavour characteristics to every bottle.
