Online Black Salt Flakes, 80g Ingredients Brands|Indian Ingredients

Black salt flakes are a dramatic garnish for eggs and seafood. Sprinkle them over an omelette or scallops seared in butter.

Mill & Mortar sources their salt from Villena, Spain. The delicate flakes are harvested by hand and dried in the sun. The salt is then infused with activated charcoal to give it its striking black colour.

Black salt is a wonderful garnish for savoury dishes. The mineral flavour and dramatic colour will delight dinner party guests. It’s best used as a finishing salt.

Scatter black salt over steamed fish and creamy pasta dishes. It adds saline tang and a touch of drama to canapés and carbonara. You could even use it to rim a margarita glass.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
