Online Beechwood Mezzaluna Herb Board, 20x20cm Kitchen Tools & Utensils|Chopping & Carving Boards

Prepare fresh herbs with this beechwood mezzaluna chopping board. The board has a concave cutting surface that mirrors the shape of your mezzaluna blade.

The shallow indent keeps your herbs in place while you rock the blade back and forth. It’s ideal for chopping soft or woody herbs for salads, sauces and soups.

The board can also be used to chop nuts and other small foods. Place garlic or ginger in the centre for speedy mincing. The indent collects your chopped ingredients, keeping your work surface clean and tidy.

Wash by hand and dry thoroughly before storing.
