Hot Wood Oven Roasted Red Pepper Strips, 330g Spanish Ingredients|Vegetables

Dish up these wood-oven roasted red pepper strips as a topping for bruschetta. Or serve them simply across homemade pizzas, chopped into pasta dishes, or as part of a rich and sweet sauce for meat or seafood. The roasted peppers also make a great tapas dish on their own, served with pieces of salty Manchego cheese.
