Hot Rose Salt, 70g Ingredients Brands|Middle Eastern Ingredients

Sprinkle rose salt over roast chicken and buttered baguettes. Or, serve it in pinch pots so guests can season at the table. It has a complex flavour with notes of sweetness and fresh herbs.

Rose salt gets its colour and aroma from red wine. The herbal flavour comes from rosemary, while rose and lavender add a floral undertone. Finally, there’s a hint of warmth from sweet chilli flakes.

This salt blend is best used at the end of cooking to let its flavour shine. You can scatter it over tiger prawns or salmon, fresh from the grill. It’s also great in marinades and dry rubs. Pair it with your favourite spices and rub it into chicken thighs or a leg of lamb.

Rose salt is a truly unique seasoning blend. It would make a lovely gift for a foodie friend.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
