Hot Organic Black Garlic Granules, 40g Southeast Asian Ingredients|Herbs & Spices

Sprinkle black garlic granules over seafood and bruschetta. They give savoury dishes an instant umami boost.

Black garlic is known for its sweet, complex flavour. It’s much milder than fresh garlic, without the sharp bite. Mill & Mortar’s black garlic is grown and aged in Cordoba, Spain. It’s then dried and turned into granules so you can use it like a condiment.

The flavour of black garlic is often compared to balsamic or liquorice. It’s a great addition to salad dressings and marinades. You can mix it with butter to melt on top of sweetcorn and steaks.

Black garlic granules give sauces a deep umami flavour. Add a sprinkle to peppercorn sauce or a rich gravy for roasted meat.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
