Sake tasting notes

This sake is dry, but beautifully smooth. It has a refreshing fruitiness which makes it a perfect match for delicate dishes such as sashimi and sushi. It also pairs well with chicken and seafood.

It is a Junmai sake, which means the rice has a polishing rate of 70% – the higher the polishing rate (ie how much of the coarser outer rice layers are removed), the deeper the flavour in the sake. Junmai sake is a popular choice to enjoy with food, thanks to its complex, round character.

Set includes:

• Blue glaze sake set
• Ozeki Junmai Sake
• Sous Chef Drawstring Bag

Contains alcohol. Only available for purchase by over 18s. Alcohol 14.5%.

Please note that sake bottle packaging may vary.
