Hot Chamoy Liquid, 455ml Ingredients Brands|Mexican Ingredients

Tajin chamoy liquid is a sweet, tangy sauce for drizzling over fresh fruit, pancakes and ice-cream. It’s all-natural, made with chilli peppers, lime juice, sea salt and a hint of apricot. With a mildly spicy flavour that is equal parts sweet and savoury, this Mexican flavour bomb is endlessly versatile.

Try sprinkling this sweet, zingy sauce over watermelon or pineapple on a hot summer day. It will liven up ice-lollies and sorbet and add fruity heat to a prawn and mango salad. Dip a chilled glass into chamoy liquid to create a sea salt or tajin rim – perfect for margaritas and micheladas.
