Hot Alcohol Free Natural Vanilla Paste, 100ml Ingredients Brands|Herbs & Spices

Littlepod’s vanilla paste is the real deal. A deep, complex, aromatic hit of real vanilla flavour. Each 100ml tube contains the equivalent of 20 vanilla pods! It’s a fabulous ingredient for home bakers and professional pastry chefs.

Littlepod vanilla paste is made with vanilla pods, seeds, and extracts. Half a teaspoon is all you need to add rich vanilla flavour to custard or panna cotta. Store it in a cool, dry place for future baking projects. It will live happily in your cupboard for up to two years.

Add natural vanilla paste to cupcakes, cookies and royal icing. It’s a great way to flavour porridge and pancakes, too. You can squeeze out the exact amount you need with no mess or waste.

Vanilla paste is delicious in savoury recipes. Add a subtle hint of vanilla to sauces and marinades for meat. Pair it with goat’s cheese in a stunning soufflé or with honey to glaze scallops or salmon. It works well with rich meats like duck and pork.

Littlepod vanilla paste is suitable for vegan, kosher and gluten-free diets.

Note: 1 tsp vanilla paste = 1 vanilla pod (approx), ⅓ tsp vanilla paste = 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze.
