Fettuccini Rolling Pin, 32cm Italian Ingredients|Kitchen Tools & Utensils

This fettuccine rolling pin is designed to cut homemade pasta dough into flat strips of pasta in one simple roll. Or use it to cut sheets of pastry into fine strips for elegant lattice-work.

The traditional-style Italian fettuccine rolling pin for artisanal pasta making is made in Italy and crafted from hornbeam wood. Hornbeam is a particularly strong and hard wood, which means the ridges cut more cleanly than other woods and will slice through pasta dough easily and precisely.

The pin cuts 22 lines of fettuccine with each roll.
