Dried Lime Slices in Jar, 55g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Dried lime slices are a zesty addition to a vodka-soda or elderflower pressé. They’re a great way to add a burst of citrus to cocktails and mocktails. Use them in place of fresh lime in a mojito or Moscow mule.

Tangy and aromatic, these lime slices look beautiful on cakes and desserts. Arrange them on top of a lime drizzle cake or a coconut panna cotta.

Dried lime slices can also be used to flavour spirits and simple syrup. Pair them with other aromatics like lemongrass or Thai basil.

Botanic & Fruits specialise in dried and dehydrated fruit. The dehydration process locks in the natural flavours and aromas of the fruit. Their products are used by hospitality professionals and home mixologists. Create garnishes, infusions and more with their dried fruit slices.

Store in a cool, dry place.
