Morelli strozzapreti is a pasta shape, typical of the Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Umrbian regions of Italy. The short pasta shape is slightly twirled – great for serving with smooth sauces which cling onto the pasta.

Toss this pasta through San Marzano tomato sauces, rich beef ragus, or nutty pesto.

Morelli strozzapreti takes 9 minutes to cook.
