Pickapeppa original sauce is a Jamaican hot sauce with sweet, sour and spicy notes. Made with cane vinegar and sugar, this sauce gets its sweetness from mango and raisins, with ginger and cloves adding a warmth to the bottle. Drizzle this gentle hot sauce over rice bowls and shrimp salads, or use it as a fruity marinade for chicken wings.
