Delight Black Ceramic Induction Tarte Tatin Set, 32.5cm French Ingredients|Pots & Pans

Make a classic tarte tatin with Emily Henry’s black ceramic tarte tatin set. With buttery pastry and sticky caramelised apples, this French dessert never fails to impress.

To use, make the caramel on the hob and arrange sliced apples in the pan. Lay your pastry on top and put it in the oven to bake. Once cooked, place the serving dish on top and flip the set over to release your tarte tatin.

In addition to apples, you can use plums, pears and apricots. Or, make a savoury tatin with shallots, tomatoes or butternut squash.

The outer rim keeps the caramel safely inside the dish for spill-proof serving. Emile Henry’s signature ceramic heats quickly and evenly for consistent cooking results.

The tarte tatin set can be used on all stovetops, including induction. The naturally non-stick glaze makes clean-up quick and easy. Plus, your tarte tatin won’t stick to the pan.

This tarte tatin set is made in France and comes with a five year warranty.

Dishwasher safe.
