Clearance Virgin Toasted Sesame Oil, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Virgin toasted sesame oil adds depth of flavour to fried rice, spicy soups and Sichuan salads. Made in France, this golden oil has a strong nutty flavour and the unmistakable aroma of toasted sesame seeds. A little goes a long way – try adding a few dashes to your dish just before serving. It’s a popular ingredient in Asian cuisine where it is added to fragrant broths, marinades, dipping sauces and hot and cold noodle dishes.

To make this fragrant oil, sesame seeds are chopped, roasted and then pressed for over two hours. This lengthy extraction process preserves the natural flavour and aroma of the seeds.
