Clearance Italian Hazelnut Gianduja Paste, 1kg Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Pariani Italian hazelnut gianduja paste is made with cocoa and Piemonte IGP hazelnuts, often considered the best hazelnuts in the world. The ultra-smooth, nutty chocolate spread is made with a hint of Bourbon vanilla and is an instant indulgent filling for homemade chocolates.

Use the hazelnut gianduja paste to make a divine ice cream. Fold into whipped cream to make a quick, velvety filling for a chocolate-hazelnut eclair. The gianduja paste is a luxurious filling in crepes and macarons, too.

Gianduja is the Italian word for a mixture of chocolate and hazelnuts. It was invented in Turin during Napoleon’s reign. The name comes from Gianduja, a traditional carnival and marionette character who represents the natives of Piedmont where hazelnut confectionery is popular. Traditionally it is 30% hazelnut, but this luxurious spread is a staggering 50% Piemonte IGP hazelnut!

This 1kg tub is ideal for professional use, or for a bumper batch of homemade ice cream.
