Best Wild Porcini Mushroom Powder, 60g Italian Ingredients|French Ingredients

Wild porcini powder, or cep powder, brings an instant flavour boost to your cooking. You don’t even have to worry about the rehydration process you would usually need to follow when cooking with dried mushrooms.

The porcini powder brings a great way of enriching casseroles and soups with intense mushroom notes. Try it in risottos, marinades or rubbed straight into meat before cooking to infuse with savoury umami flavours.
