Best Rose Gold Medium Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Frantoio Muraglia’s extra virgin olive oil will transport you to southern Italy. It’s made exclusively from cold-pressed Coratina olives. This variety is native to Apulia, where the Frantoio Muraglia olive groves are located.

Green-gold in colour, this exceptional oil has a rich and robust flavour. It can stand up to the strong flavours of red meat and bitter leaves. Serve it as a dip for focaccia to appreciate its spicy taste and vegetal aroma.

Drizzle this medium intensity olive oil over crudités, steaks and spaghetti. It will make the simplest ingredients sing with Mediterranean flavour. The oil is particularly good with legumes, so add a generous splash to bean soups and salads.

Coratina olives are prized for their high levels of polyphenols. This is what gives the oil its intense flavour and hint of bitterness.

The rose gold bottle catches the light beautifully. It looks fantastic on dining tables and kitchen counters. Keep it for yourself or give it as a gift to a fellow oil connoisseur.
