Best Origin Saint Domingue 70% Dark Chocolate Chips, 1kg Ingredients Brands|Chocolate & Sweets

Transform cakes and desserts with Cacao Barry’s dark chocolate chips. They’re made from 70% single origin dark chocolate from Santo Domingo. You can use them whole or melt them down for dipping and drizzling.

The chocolate’s bitterness is balanced by fruity, wine-like notes. The strong cocoa flavour gives way to floral and blue fruit flavours. It’s luxurious and beautifully balanced – perfect for baking, desserts and everyday snacking.

Melt the chocolate to make your own bars, truffles and Easter eggs. Or, simply drizzle over fresh fruit and ice cream sundaes. Use the chips whole in brownies, cheesecakes andcookies.

Dark chocolate chips have a complex, bittersweet flavour. You can pair them with all sorts of ingredients, from dark rum to Earl Grey tea. They work perfectly in fruity desserts with mango and pineapple.

The Cacao Barry ‘Origine’ range lets you taste your way around the world. Each chocolate is made using cacao beans from a single country.
