Best Natural Bergamot Flavouring, 15ml Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Pariani’s natural bergamot flavouring brings a bitter, citrus flavour to sponges, biscuits and sorbets. Bergamot is famously used in Earl Grey tea – try using this flavouring in your afternoon tea bakes, anything from shortbread biscuits to madeleines. Alternatively, add a little bergamot flavouring to sugar syrups for punchy Italian cocktails.

This 100% bergamot flavouring is intense – you just need a little to impart a strong flavour. Unlike most flavourings, which are diluted with oil or water, this is the pure intense flavour itself.
