Best Di Bari Orecchiette Pugliese, 500g Pasta, Rice & Beans|Ingredients Brands

Orecchiette are small, ear-shaped pasta shapes. They are a speciality of the Apulia region of southern Italy.

Orecchiette has a slightly rough surface which helps sauces to cling. The pasta cooks quickly so you can have dinner on the table in minutes.

Toss cooked orecchiette with Italian sausage and leafy greens. It’s also great with broccoli pesto, topped with crunchy breadcrumbs.

This pasta is made from the finest durum wheat semolina. It’s perfect for speedy midweek meals.
