Avid Baker Bundle Kitchen Electricals

Make cakes, bread and cookies with the Ankarsrum Avid Baker bundle. It pairs the best-selling Swedish stand mixer with two baking essentials. There’s a steel bowl for mixing and beating and a grain mill for milling your own flour.

The Ankarsrum avid baker bundle is available in four colours:

• Black
• Mineral White
• Red
• Cream

The Ankarsrum avid baker bundle includes:

• Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer
• Ankarsrum grain mill
• Stainless steel bowl

The Ankarsrum stand mixer is designed to mimic hand kneading. Unlike conventional mixers, the bowl rotates at the same time as the hook or paddle. It can handle stiff and heavy mixtures without overheating or overworking them.

The large steel bowl can accommodate up to 5kg of dough. It’s perfect for batch cooking and feeding a crowd. For such a powerful machine, it’s surprisingly quiet and stable on your counter. You can even set a timer for hands-off mixing.

The extra bowl is useful for whipping cream and making Italian meringue. With the grain mill, you can adjust the coarseness to suit your recipe. Use it to grind wheat, rye, corn, millet and more. It’s perfect for coffee beans, too.

This multi-tasking mixer will transform the way you bake. Delight friends and family with sourdough loaves, sponge cakes and fudgy brownies.
